Okay its almost a month into the new school year, my son is 6 years old and in first grade. He has been misbehaving at school EVERYDAY! He has only had three good days since the first day of school. Most of the problems are him not following directions and not doing his work. My son gets exceptional grades and follows directions at home well. Ive talked to him and he says that one he doesn't like doing what the teachers tell him to do and two he forgets to follow the rules... i dont understand how he could forget, he started crying when telling me that he didnt remember to pay attention. My husband and I have done everything we talk to him about his behaviour EVERYDAY, we pray with him before school and pray for him when he is at school, we have ed him, we have put him in time, we have taken priveleges away and he continues to not follow directions and misbehave while at school.. i dont know what else to do.. It is a new school in a new town that he is attending but I dont think he would act out this much just because he is the new kid. My husband and I are at our wits end with them we love him so much and he is so smart and we just want him to succeed but hes not acting at his best.

I'm on Alaska's high school rodeo team, I need to raise about 4500 dollars in order to go to national finals in Wyoming. Rodeo means a lot to me and my family just can't afford it. What's up with my tarantula?

I have a Chilean rose tarantula, and over the past few days she's been extremely still and has turned a strange shade of gold. I haven't read anything about tarantulas turning colors when they molt, and since this is the first year I've had her, I'm not sure what she looks like before she molts. Normally she has a pinkish sheen. I poked her with a stick to make sure she wasn't dead (she's not), but the color makes it look like she's sick or something. Anybody know what's up? I go to an open gym at a gymnastics school on Fridays. The owner is really weird and has always made me and my friends very uncomfortable going there. Receeding hairline at 18?

A few months ago I started realizing my hairline looked a bit further back at the temples than it used to. My grandpas are partially bald but they are in their 70s+. My hairline has always been far back but now there are tiny hairs around the edge which don't seem to be growing. I started taking saw palmetto and vitamin supplements with b6 e and biotin to strength hair, but it is to soon to know if they are working. I heard stress can cause it but would that be just at the temples or all over? I also started messaging my scalp to increase blood flow to allow vitamins to reach my hair follicles. I don't want to take procipea or rogaine just yet.... Any tips? I wish I could make it stop because I love my hair and I've never really had a gf and I think premature balding will even lesser my chances....

Question about l discomfort/ irritation?

I was having irritation/ itching a few weeks ago and thought it was the start of a yeast infection especially because I was on an antibiotic (I've had them before while taking antibiotics). I bought vagistat1 which made me swollen sore and itchy (I wouldn't recommend anyone using it at all) My doctor even told me a lot of women have bad reactions to it. So I went into the dr the next morning. OMG the pain. I went in and he said it wasn't a yeast infection and he gave me an antibiotic for it. I think it's been about 3 weeks and I'm still having irritation when I cleanse the area. The soap burns certain areas on the it's really weird. I'm using summers eve like I have for about 6 years now. I've also used white dove and it's the same thing. IDK what it could be? burns and I feel really dry. IDK what this could be caused from? I couldn't stop crying for 2 days so I didn't go to school, bc my eyes were really red abd puffy. I will miss my baby forever, but I want a new pet so I can have a companion, to hug and take care off. A USBC Bowling Question that I need help with. Who do I complain to about this ?

My husband bowls on a Friday night mixed couple bowling league. The league & bowling alley are sanctioned by the USBC. My husband has a USBC card. My husband bowls very well. He consistantly has games over 200 and series over 500. The league gives out awards regualarly to bowlers who bowl 200 games and 500 series and 600 series. But, my husband has never recieved any awards. He spoke with the league president & the league secretary (who also own the bowling alley) and was told that they do not have to submit scores for all bowlers to USBC for awards and that they would not ever submit his name because they don't like him as a person ( league secretary is an ex girlfriend of my husbands). The league treasurer has no idea who my husband should complain to and if anything can be done. It wouldn't really be a big deal, but tonight my husband bowled his highest game ever - a perfect 300. USBC usually awards beautiful rings to the bowlers that bowl perfect games and my husband would like his .....How do we go about complaining about this and to whom do we complain ?

Why does my house smell of smoke when burning wood in my new fireplace?

Dissociation and opening floodgate of emotions?

hi everyone, my name is ashley and I've been told by numerous doctors that I have dissociative disorder "without amnesic barriers" whatever that means I'm not too sure, I can't really pay attention enough to my therapists words to understand what he means by that so if anyone can shed any light maybe reading it would be more helpful :) Anyways, I'm what it seems like completely cut off from my thoughts and emotions and only get little "hints" to what I'm feeling at times which these little hints are followed by severe anxiety that goes as quickly as it comes its usually worse first thing in the morning when I wake up and my conscious mind is somewhat unprotected but my mind also tries very hard to repress my feelings. I find this annoying and destroying to my life and health both physically and mentally. I look forward to those little "hints" that my mind gives me to whats going on inside me but they only show up for split seconds then I feel like I retreat again into complete nothingness. Just when I think I'm not even a person and I'm evil because I don't have feelings, someone can say the littlest thing to me, to criticize or just a slip of the tongue remark and I burst into tears. I try not to cry but even when I strain to the tears just start dripping down my cheeks and I can't stop them then I can somewhat articulate at least some thoughts and all these emotions just start coming forward...anger, sadness, guilt, fear, joy all at one time....but then its gone...I retreat back to not knowing myself and my suicidal thoughts because I cant relate to people, I'm borderline agoraphobic. I can't get a job because at my interviews when people ask me my skills I can't really remember and it doesn't feel like me even though intellectually I know it is me, I feel like a liar. I think they can sense my hesitation and "lack of confidence" because regardless how many times I call to follow up with my jobs no one ever calls me back. I used to land jobs on the first try, now I can't even get one at McDonald's, its pathetic. Anyways, I don't know if I made any sense or if this is even in question form but if anyone can relate to this I'd appreciate feedback or something because I can't live my life like this anymore and its nice to know others go through similar things and I'm not crazy or evil or a bad person. 1 Week After Smokin Weed And i Feel Weird. Will This Last Forever?

Its been a week and two days since I smoked cronic and literally took two hits from the blunt and was blowwweedd. The second day I still felt high and the following days I jus feel weird. Grandfather ped away. Beneficiary to his estate ped away a year ago. How will this work?

My Grandfather ped away last week and left behind a sizable estate. My mother and uncle were beneficiaries to his estate before my mother ped away in June 2006. I have recently found out that at some point after my mothers death the will was changed so that only my uncle was to inherit his entire estate. My grandfather was diagnosed with Alzheimers in 2007 and moved to a nursing home later that year. so I am uming it was done prior to the diagnosis. My uncle was given power of attorney over my grandfather and had control of his affairs up until he ped away in June 2009. At that time my cousin began handling his affairs until my grandfather's passing last week. He will also be the executor of his estate. It has always been known by everyone in the family that my grandfather wanted his estate to be divided equally between my mother and my uncle. I am assuming the will was changed in good faith and my uncle, had he survived, would have distributed the money fairly to include my sister and I. My question is, since it now appears that my cousin is the lone heir of my grandfather's estate. Do we have any grounds to challenge the will? I suppose it is possible that my grandfather was not of sound mind at the time of the will being changed. Also, My cousin who will be the executor of his estate is a convicted felon for embezzlement in 1986. Does this have any bearing on any of this? I am aware that life is not fair, and no one is entitled to anything, but it seems that my sister and I are being left out just based on my mother passing away before my uncle. I am just wondering if we have any options.

I had this lip gloss in high school, I got it as a gift between the years of 2002-2005. It was a small clear press tube with a rounded cap, the applicator tip is also rounded with a small hole where the gloss comes out of. I graduated from college two years ago, and never consolidated my student loans. I believed (possibly wrongly) that consolidating was only important if I wanted to lower my monthly rates but it wouldn't have made a difference in the total cost of my student loan. So is that in RMS Wattage or peak, how does that work anyone know? Then that leads to my 6.5 for my front doors (was looking at some Pyle component system 400 Watt/200 Watts RMS/ 400 Watts Peak-Tweeters and crossovers included. Then some 6x9's that are PYLE 720w 3-WAY 6x9's-Power Handing: 180 Watts RMS 360 Watts MAX power per speaker is this good or too much? Doing research and just trying to figure out what all I need to match my HU with the 6.5 and 6x9's to give me a little bump and clarity for a minimal price. All together just the speakers I need is going to come to about $105 and yes if this works I know I would need an Amp and that one I am lost at what channel and how many watts in each I would need to make this work. okay, i dont think im pregnant, have taken numerous tests all neg. Havent had since nov. i HAVE gotten every period since then, just lighter since starting the BC in oct. Oct's period was heavier than they are now, which i think is normal for being on BC. Am on BC and switched mid nov. I had my period last week, and i was extremely bloated. I thouight it was b/c i was on my period. Well i still have it but its gone down. I get cramps, inconsistantly and not too bad, just annoying. When i press on my stomach both above and bellow my belly on it hurts and feels hard. when im laying flat on my back and press on my stomach, it just hurts around my belly on, and is hard. i also burp after, like theres air. I dont think im pregnant, or could i be. I dont FEEL pregnant by any means. I am not urinating more, havent gained weight, dont have morning sickness. I go to the doc wed. Has anyone's baby had any problems with dha/ara in the infant formula?

Hi, I was wondering if anyone has had any problems with the dha/ara in infant formula. My child has been having digestive issues since about 2-3 weeks old. She was fed in the beginning, but my milk never came in fully despite my desperate efforts :( So, we started her on formula. She has been having gas, gas pains, screaming, etc with just about every feed. She is pretty much miserable after just about every feed. We have been to two different doctors multiple times. She was diagnosed with acid reflux - we have tried two different meds - we currently have her on prevacid, but haven't really noticed a huge help. We have tried her on just about every formula made I think - regular milk based, lacto-free, sensitive, gentle ease, soy, alimentum, and nutramigen - all with the same results (and we are giving her time on each formula). She will do good for a few days, then all the symptoms always return. Then the Dr. said she is having gastric spasms and gave us Levsin drops. They don't seem to help that much though and I don't really like the thought of having to medicate my child just to feed her. The Dr. said that she doesn't think the baby is allergic to milk or soy because the hypoallergenic formulas would have worked on her, and she doesn't think that it is any malabsorption problems because she is gaining weight good. The other Dr. we saw said that he thinks that it might be something (a particular ingredient) in the formula that she has problems with. Out of ALL the formulas we have tried, the common ingredient is that they ALL have dha/ara. I am wondering if anyone has any input on these ingredients - I know they are supposed to be good for development, but I have heard of infants unable to tolerate them. We have an appt to see a GI specialist but the first available appt wasn't until May 20th, so in the meantime I'm just trying to get opinons on whether or not I should try the non dha/ara formula? Please help!!!!!

I have a 6 month old kitten everyday after a few minutes of play she becomes aggressive she then catches hold of a plow or a bed sheet with both her hands and legs and starts biting it. While she is biting the plow or bed sheet she tries to hit the plow or bed sheet with her legs. This happens about two or three times for a few minutes every day.
