Can anyone help me with this story?

Introduce the story, this is fine, but a little later you could introduce a flashback into how they all got their powers in the first place. That would be a great way to go, and it's like alot like twilight, no offense but if i heard about edwin and betty, I am going to have to go vampire on you...: I <---- Dead Serious face over here! You know what I mean right? Like the roots and why they each got their specific power.
