Mark Clayton or Jermichael Finley..PPR League Scoring?

Just wanted to add..Clayton is playing against the Redskins(terrible p defense) and L. Robinson is more than likely not starting in week 3, giving Clayton more attention for Receptions. ALSO: in my league TEs and WRs score the same and you can start either or
