Is there a religion that doesn't condemn gay people?

Wiccans and pagans. There are also Liberation Theology Catholic churches and a lot of the more enlightened established protestant ones such as Anglicans. Anglicans in the UK in fact routinely allow openly gay clergy. There is a bit of a fuss about it from the more conservative members of the Synod, but they don't seem to be making any headway into having this practice over turned.
