Absolut vs SKYY Vodka?

I bought a 26er of both and don't know which to open first? Also would shots be advised, as I have heard only to do shots with Grey Goose. I've only had Smirnoff before and am expanding my vodka perspective. Also if mixing is better, which mixers are recommended? On hand I have Coke, ginger ale, iced tea, cranberry juice, and V8.
