Eating in front of boys problem :( serious :(?

i tink i have a serious DANGEROUS problem .. i CANNOT eat in front of boys ... what is wrong with me ? its ok if i am eating an icecream or crisps but when it comes to wraps or rolls or sausage rolls or yogurts or something i get very embarresed .. so embarressed i feel myself blushing and have to walk of .. i always have this thing in my head saying ''will he want to kiss me if he sees me eating this'' .. i cant help myself so please dont be too mean . and please answer coz i need to know whats up wit myself and if anyone else has the same problem .
