Should I call the code of conduct hotline again?

I had called about my former supervisor. he got transferred to a different department. alot of us felt he should of lost his job for doing nothing. When I called I left out couple things, like his responses to our emails were just nasty--not ual, but demeaning. and my co-worker thinks I should call in again. but I don't think I should, b/c I think they should open an investigation. and the thought of him knowing, he didn't get by with doing his duties, would be good. We literally don't know what he did.
