Which is better for a present ???????????????????? i need to know?

i want to buy a tank for my friend but she likes all kinds of tropical fish and i want to know what type of tank i should get her she likes guppies so i should probably get her a freshwater but i need to get her around 3 foot tank to fit her sittin room but i only have around 300 euro to spend so will it be enough or wil i get a smaller tank . she also likes tetras and cory cats . helllllllllllllp plz !!!!!!!!
