What's up with my tarantula?

I have a Chilean rose tarantula, and over the past few days she's been extremely still and has turned a strange shade of gold. I haven't read anything about tarantulas turning colors when they molt, and since this is the first year I've had her, I'm not sure what she looks like before she molts. Normally she has a pinkish sheen. I poked her with a stick to make sure she wasn't dead (she's not), but the color makes it look like she's sick or something. Anybody know what's up? She has a water dish in her cage, and there aren't any crickets in there in case she is molting.
