Can fluid cause this??!?

It sounds like a ruptured ovarian cyst to me. I have suffered and continue to suffer from these. They are no walk in the park! The fluid will cause irritation in your lower abdomen as it reabsorbs back into your body. Talk to your doctor about possible treatment options. I wish you luck!!!
