Who knows why do some cats bite when tried to be peted?

I have a 6 month old kitten everyday after a few minutes of play she becomes aggressive she then catches hold of a plow or a bed sheet with both her hands and legs and starts biting it. While she is biting the plow or bed sheet she tries to hit the plow or bed sheet with her legs. This happens about two or three times for a few minutes every day.
