I am so dry when we have and it is really painful even with the lubricant it burns, why?

I have one ovarian cyst and a fibroid, every thing was normal until last year that I have bleeding between the cycles, it mostly starts the 16th day on my period and it continues to the 26th day which is the first day. and for that 10 days that I am not bleeding the it painful and it burns.I did not have any problems during the before. I took a blood test but it showed all the balance of my hormones are ok, but I still think the hormones are out of balance, because I am so dry and sometime it is itchy too.
