1 Week After Smokin Weed And i Feel Weird. Will This Last Forever?

Its been a week and two days since I smoked cronic and literally took two hits from the blunt and was blowwweedd. The second day I still felt high and the following days I jus feel weird. I feel like I never know where Im at or what Im doing. I feel like sometimes Im in a dream or like the outside world isnt real. I feel really unaware of what im doing or where Im at and very forgetful. I also feel like everything is so clear around me like its not really there. Now I have smoked before and got high but this feeling never lasted for a week. Im scared its permanent! Help? Its making me depressed and I just want to be the old me again. Any suggestions? Please help..
