Reclaiming your bank charges....letter template...I got �750 back!?

I know its great you can also phone them and ask for the charges to your account over the last 6 years you can then request them to refund them. I'm going in to see my bank on Monday to get it don there and then! they've already agreed to refund. Mind you there was a case this week which had gone to court and the judge ruled in favour of the bank, so be careful. just be honest with them and polite they'll then make a gesture of good will. a friend of mine works for one of the UK's leading banks the one that only has uk call centres and he said you're allowed 2 full refunds a year. other than that you have to do the whole process.
