Where in hampton roads can I find a hair adhesive called "No Tape"?

More specifically, i'm looking in virginia beach, norfolk, or chesapeake. If i can't find it there then i'd be willing to drive out to Hampton or NN. I'm looking for "no tape"and it comes in a small blue tube. Need help asap! thanks.
