Help me please!!?

me and my boyfriend was supposed to go to the movies tonight.. but we were talkin about it yesterday and he said that he would call me when he woke up so he would let me know if he was aloud to go.. he said that he woke up around 8 and i gave him 3 hours after 8 to call me then i called him and he promised me that he would call when he got up but when i called him his mom answed and said that he was across the street playing wih his friends.. so he broke a promise... what should i do..
