Why should the TAKS TEST be the last thing that say's: "Ok, They're Smart"..?

Im still a junior in highschool..and supose to be a senior; because of the TAKS test, and really..I think its a bunch of BS. Many of the students every where are being held back beause of this test, and for what reason?_they know their work..Just when it comes to tests..Everybody chokes.
