Really embarrasing quesiton! but worrisome?

Ok, i was jus ton the computer, and i got abit itchy down below, so i itched over my trousers, n it didnt stop so i went to the loo and thats when i noticed a seriously THICK lump of like jelly :S and im not over exaggerating by thick i mean like, 2 Pea's stuck together, or say a shrunk down meatball, its grose... what could it be? thx
