Help. need program for pics?

i've got pics everyplace. there stored in 10+ different folders, saved email, facebook, disks, phone etc... i need a program or app that will consolidate all of them. then back up to flashdrive too. i tired of having to search everywhere. when needing a pic i currently search for the right one then drag it to desktop temporally and get it from there. i know there are easier ways?
